If the wind speed is greater than 28 km/h, the outer curtain must be retracted. Before deploying the awning, ensure that all brackets are securely attached to the wall joists and that all screws are properly tightened. ALWAYS DOWN the awning in strong or gusty winds, rain or when not in use. However, you may be injured and/or cause property damage.
